Dylan is a UX design and accessibility consultant specializing in virtual, mixed, and augmented reality (XR). As the Coordination and Engagement Team lead for XR Access, he helps organizations invested in XR stay up-to-date on the latest accessibility guidelines and helps find solutions to novel accessibility challenges. Joel has over 20 years of experience in technology design, development, and management. He currently focuses on augmented and mixed reality, including product management. Joel has led Agile/Scrum for multiple development teams. He previously managed technology for a lab and demonstration center and spent the first 15 years of his career building websites and implementing collaboration platforms like SharePoint. Joel enjoys inspiring new ideas by demonstrating the potential of technology, designing creative applications of technology, and making technology accessible to everyone.
