This week I'm joined by Sarah Hill, the CEO and Chief Storyteller for Healium, a VR and AR product for anxiety powered by the user's own brainwaves and heart rate. We'll discuss her history as a TV reporter covering trauma, and how her media diet of reporting the day's headlines over 20 years ultimately made her sick—ultimately leading her to develop Healium for herself and the 41 million others who struggle with anxiety.

In this moment of high stress and uncertainty, her experience and insight are invaluable for all of us.

Tech Tock is a weekly talk show about the future hosted by Jesse Damiani (SNHU/Forbes/The Verge). Through intimate conversations with pioneers, entrepreneurs, developers, and artists, we'll peer into the world technology is creating—and have some fun with the people creating it.
